My Story
I was born in Mexico and moved to the United States as a young child, growing up in a new and challenging environment. I graduated from the University of Miami, but my true journey began much earlier. At the age of 15, I started learning yoga and meditation from my dad, planting the seeds for a lifelong passion.
At 25, I fully devoted myself to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. It was through this discipline that I discovered the profound therapeutic powers of yoga and the importance of a personalized approach. This practice became a lifeline, helping me manage and eventually control both my eating disorder and depression.
My journey with yoga took me across the globe to Japan, where I taught yoga and deepened my understanding of its transformative effects. Eventually, I returned to the States, and now, back in Mexico, my mission is to share the healing power of yoga with as many people as possible.
Yoga has been a cornerstone in my battle with personal challenges, and I believe in its potential to transform lives. Through personalized yoga therapy, I aim to help others find balance, health, and happiness.
